After School Programs
WRAP
Long Beach Unified School District; Action Youth America (AYA), the City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation and Marine; Boys and Girls Clubs of Long Beach; Camp First USA; Conservation Corps of Long Beach; and YMCA of Greater Long Beach work together to implement a city-wide WRAP (Winners Reaching Amazing Potential) program offered after school and during Thanksgiving, spring, winter, and summer recesses. Through these programs, thoughts of local students and their families have access to convenient, no-cost, high-quality expanded learning programs. The WRAP program is designated as a balanced mixture of academic enrichment and assistance and physically and emotionally health activities that are fundamental components of youth development.
Please note: Enrollment is based on space availability. Your site’s WRAP staff will confirm your status “enrolled or waitlist” prior to the beginning of the school.
